Using my signature style of creating movement and shading throughout a block of colour Scream shouts out for action. Manipulating yellows and highlighted by the redness of the woman’s lips it is a call to seek change with focus and direction. It communicates the desire to achieve and to break free. The shadowing breaks up the intensity by giving us the opportunity to find serenity in the tension. This painting is one of my personal favourites and it will bring any wall to life adding character to the room.
